MotherStories aims to put the spotlight on women by enabling them to share their experiences on a wide range of maternity-related topics. Its aim is to promote exchange and encounters, by promoting sharing and female solidarity with a resolutely positive frame of mind. MotherStories targets women directly or indirectly affected by maternity, and aims to offer a multitude of services to meet their needs and requirements.

Data protection
MotherStories processes your data for the purposes of providing services, for contract administration and management, for billing purposes and to ensure security and a high quality of service. MotherStories undertakes to protect users' personal data and to use it only in connection with the services offered on the website. The member agrees that MotherStories may use the personal data provided to send him/her new offers and newsletters concerning MotherStories. The member may at any time request that his/her data no longer be used.

Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of MotherStories. The MotherStories name, logo, as well as all derived products, information, images, databases and content published on the website, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to MotherStories or its partners. Any modification, duplication, alteration, publication, transmission to third parties or other use of protected works and content without prior written authorization from MotherStories is prohibited.

MotherStories reserves the right to modify, suspend or close its website at any time. Despite MotherStories' best efforts to provide a technically trouble-free service, updating or development work may affect use of the site and cause irregularities or interruptions in access. MotherStories cannot guarantee the availability of the site or any loss of data during such interruptions. Links to third-party websites not operated by MotherStories are provided solely for the user's convenience. However, their operators are solely responsible for their content.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
In the event of difficulties concerning the interpretation or execution of the present contract, the parties will endeavour to resolve their differences amicably. The present contract is subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising from its application or interpretation shall be brought before the courts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.

Events
The purchase of tickets for our events implies acceptance of the following conditions: tickets are non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we undertake to do our utmost to find an interested party to replace the original purchaser. However, this substitution is subject to our approval and to availability. We therefore encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the event, so that we can help you as much as possible.
